The Opportunity

Reporting to the Academic Services Manager in the Faculty of Arts, the Learning Systems and Process Support officer will work closely with the various teams within the Faculty to ensure effective delivery of teaching and learning programs. 

As the successful candidate you will be responsible for providing support for a range of learning technology systems to academic and student services staff and other stakeholders. You will also be responsible for the input and analysis of data for learning technology systems, including security, storage and distribution of data, records and reports, in accordance with university policy.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience working with learning management systems and student databases, as well as demonstrated skill with MS/Oracle SQL, Excel Visual Basic/VBA, Power Query and Power Pivot, and the Google Suite (including Google Script).
