Master Thesis - Extension of market models for ancillary services

 Your Job:

• Literature research
  
• Analysis of the current state-of-art regulations and market setups
  
• Identification of key features for future grid-serving market models
  
• Implementation of the market model within optimization environment
  
• Evaluation of the developed approach in the framework of the Living Lab Energy Campus infrastructure

Your Profile:

• Very good background in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Computer Science, Energy Economics or other related subject
  
• Strong mathematical and programming background (e.g. Phyton, C, etc.)
  
• Strong interest and basic understanding in energy system modelling, energy economics and market concepts
  
• Very good communication skills ind English (spoken and written)
  
• Independent and analytical working style within a project team
