The Opportunity

Working in a hybrid environment you will enjoy flexibility. On the days you work on campus you might be working alongside the broader HR team at HQ: Wellington Road Mulgrave, or base yourself at either our Clayton or Caulfield campuses. 

Leading a team of recruitment professionals within a portfolio, the team will thrive with a leader who has an open, coaching and supportive style. You will be comfortable with a pace that moves rapidly and can effectively prioritise to ensure internal stakeholders receive excellent outcomes. You will contribute to the wider Recruitment function by fostering ideas on process improvement. 

Your role as Recruitment Manager will see you partner with key stakeholders across high profile faculties driving talent attraction strategies and practices. As a champion for excellent consulting services,  you will build, grow and sustain the capability of your team to ensure outstanding customer service and successful results across the recruitment life-cycle. 

We bring the team together for monthly Recruitment “ Meet-ups” to share knowledge, run process improvement activities and facilitate learning sessions. Fostering a continuous improvement approach, your ideas and innovation will help develop recruitment and talent acquisition capability.

About you

This role requires a strong ability to lead and manage your own portfolio of roles within a complex multi-layered matrix environment. As an experienced leader you have developed a toolkit to devise creative and pragmatic solutions to address talent sourcing challenges.

Your demonstrated relationship management and consulting skills with proven experience in providing innovative recruitment solutions and proactive support to varying stakeholders will help you to succeed in this role.
