Research Associate - Camelina Sativa Data Integration and Omics Data Analysis

 Your Job:

  • You will be responsible for data-collection, -integration and -harmonization in the UNTWIST project in close interaction with international partners
  • You will contribute to data analysis
  • You will work on the development of efficient standardization with regard to data quality control and compatibility of data and workflows
  • You will present the scientific results at project meetings and international conferences and publish them in high-ranking scientific journals

Your Profile:

  • PhD in data science, plant science and/or agriculture sciences or similar with relevant and proven experience in the field
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Proven experience with data management and with the analysis and integration of high throughput data in the field of plant or natural sciences
  • Experience with the Linux operating system and shell scripting (Bash) is a plus
  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
