Scientific-Administrative EU Project Manager


Tasks
  • Scientific-administrative management of EU-funded projects
  • Support of Project Coordinators and the project consortium for scientific and financial reporting
  • Organisation and implementation of project meetings, workshops, information events
  • Coordination of collaborative EU proposals (consortium building, coordination of proposal preparation)
  • Support of funding advice and information
  • You are working together with international colleagues in respective workshops and networks


Requirements
  • Scientific Master/Diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in management of larger research projects (collaborative projects and/or larger EU projects)
  • Very good knowledge of the usual software (MS Office, SAP, European Commission Funding and Tenders Portal)
  • Willingness to participate in business trips abroad (Europe)
  • Excellent level of written and spoken German and English
  • Experience in scientific and administrative management
  • Strong skills in budget calculation and controlling
  • Teamwork capability, accuracy and assertiveness
  • Highly service oriented working style
  • Intercultural awareness

This is a full-time position, limited to 50 moths, and advertised subject to approval of funding. It is also suitable for part-time employment. The expected starting date is 01.01.2023. The salary will be paid in accordance with the Collective Agreement for the Public Service of the Federation (Tarifvertrag des öffentlichen Dienstes, TVöD Bund), up to salary level 13The place of employment will be Bremerhaven.
